Welcome
BASE Ireland is proud to collaborate with the National Organic Training Skillnet (NOTS), an organisation that shares our commitment to practical education, knowledge exchange and supporting more resilient farming systems.
Through this collaboration, NOTS has very generously provided BASE Ireland with access to its video library, allowing us to publish a wide range of BASE-related talks and presentations from the annual BioFarm event on the BASE Ireland website. Alongside recordings from our own Soil Dependence day.
Many BASE Ireland members also take part in the courses and training programmes organised by NOTS throughout the year, covering topics such as soil health, biodiversity, regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming systems. The relationship between both organisations reflects a shared belief in continuous learning, open discussion and farmers learning from real experience.
